This is the most difficult time of year to teach! My seniors are done in a week, the rest of the school is testing, the classrooms are filled with substitutes and I need to keep my students engaged so that I don't have any discipline issues! So what did I do? I started painting on shoes, old backpacks, bags...anything to capture the interest of my students. It worked! I got the whole school wanting their shoes painted! Painted shoes are the fashion craze in this country now. It is all over Instagram. Next week I will post more about the project. Comments are closed.
