Today's lesson: We gain self-knowledge by continually examining our behavior and reflecting on the kind of person we are and would like to be. "The unexamined life is not worth living." as Socrates said, because only by examining our life can we improve it. My students came up with positive character traits and then created a visual interpretation of the word. Respect, kindness, honesty, integrity, compassion, empathy...
