So, what does your teacher do on a Saturday? Let me tell you...I woke up at 6 and had coffee and finished reading an art book about Kazimir Malevch. Then I got my sewing machine out to make two pillows for my living room...then took a long bike ride on my really cute powder blue bike. I finally ended up at LA Fitness and I took a great Pilates class. Now, it's laundry, grocery shopping, cleaning, a little studying for my class and then meeting friends at 6! It sounds mundane to teenagers but I feel that every day of my life is beautiful because I wake up and with a thankful and grateful heart, and that makes it beautiful. Try it...trust me...if you wake up and say all the things that you are thankful for, it will change your entire attitude and then eventually change your entire day. I promise you, I will never steer you wrong. Love, Ms. B.
