When I was unpacking a few weeks ago, I came across a box of photos. I spent hours looking through the box enjoying reminiscing my past. I smiled to myself when I came across of photo of my son when he was a teenager wearing his jean jacket leaning up against an old barn door. It was always one of my favorite photos of him so today I decided to sketch that photo. I got out my pencils and pastels and I began the drawing. I am half way through the sketch but I need to take a break. Sometimes, stepping away from your work is necessary because you get too involved and you can't see mistakes. So, I shall stop now and make lunch. I will write to all of you tonight. Have a great day, Ms. B.
